      • WordPress plugin updates
      • Backup of Database and Site Files
      • Security and Performance Scans
      • Spam comment removal
      • Check for and fix broken links
      • Website restores
      • Virus and malware scan
      • Daily backup of WP databases and theme design files.  Files are stored offline.
      • Password updates (changing and strengthening)
      • Daily Security monitoring
      • Daily Uptime monitoring
      • Provide a detailed Monthly Report of updates and findings
      • Manual Website Check after Updates
      • Consultation and guidance on the use of the web site **
      • Minor content changes (minor changes to a page’s text, links, and images on an existing page) Additional hours are billed at the standard rate of $100 per hour
      • Video training library
      • Support Ticket Desk
      • **This plan allows 1 hour of consultation / minor content changes monthly. Hours are not cumulative and do not rollover.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?

Our care plans provide preventative care, and it is our goal to prevent anything from happening. We cannot promise that your website will not be hacked but we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.

How do I contact you when I have a problem?

We provide a support ticket desk for quick turnaround and tracking of all support requests. You can submit all requests and we will reply within normal business hours.  Most requests are accomplished in 1­-2 business days.
